The Data Controller does not transfer Personal Data to non-EU countries; however, it reserves the possibility of using cloud services and in this case the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided for in Article 46 GDPR 2016/679.
How long we keep information
Data are processed and kept for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. When processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain Personal Data longer until that consent is revoked. In addition, the Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon the expiration of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to Data portability can no longer be exercised.
5 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You have the right to access your data at any time, pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR. In particular, you may request the rectification, cancellation, and limitation of the processing of such data in the cases provided for in Art. 18 of the GDPR, the withdrawal of consent given under Art. 7 of the GDPR, to obtain the portability of data concerning you in the cases provided for in Art. 20 of the GDPR, as well as file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority under Article 77 of the GDPR (Data Protection Authority). You can make a request to object to the processing of data under Article 21 of the GDPR in which you give evidence of the reasons justifying the objection: the Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate your request, which would not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
